For the love of Trees!

When was the last time you hugged a tree? Hug a TREE? Yes, imagine wrapping your arms around it, resting your head against it, and squeezing. It's a great feeling. This idea of hugging trees was something I learned several years ago when I read a wonderful book in which the heroine hugged trees. She explained that trees are perfect for hugging because they are so strong and sturdy and they are naturally grounded. Trees absorb energy around it and pulls it down into the ground, likewise it pulls the nutrients from the ground and releases goodness to the surrounding environment. Trees can do the same for people. Hug a tree and let it pull away all the stresses of your day and let it return to you only the goodness in the world. Give your problems to a tree, I promise it has seen more stress in it's life then you've had to endure in yours.
