Review: Real Men Howl

Real Men Howl Real Men Howl by Celia Kyle
My rating: 2 of 5 stars

Blink and you'll miss it.

This book is fast. I think maybe 4 days pass in the entire story. You know me, if it's not plausible, I'm not a fan. Well, there's a lot that's not plausible with this one. It starts out well, the basis is Mason is the alpha of his pack and he's going crazy from lack of a mate. Lucy is returning to her hometown years after the death of her parents. First day back she's (view spoiler) He smells her on someone and immediately knows she's his mate and proceeds to do everything in his power to convince of such.

Here's the thing that just doesn't sit right with me. Dude walks in her house, literally breaks the knob off in his hand, and she just kinda accepts that a complete stranger takes control of her life. She, who has never known about werewolves, doesn't blink an eye about all these weird things. Also, lots of typo/ grammatical errors.

You know when someone tells you about a movie or a book they've read and they leave a lot out but you get the gist of what it's about? That's what it's like reading this story.
